Born and raised in Thailand, Chef Suzanne specializes in Northern Thai cuisines and had set up many premiere restaurants in Thailand and Malaysia for the past 3 decades, including developing Thai menus for all Swiss Garden Hotels Chain throughout Malaysia. She is now working independently, involving in numerous cooking demonstrations, events and competition judges. Her master pieces have often been featured in magazines and publications in Malaysia and Singapore. |
