Be With Nature!
Nature makes you better! We all know, deep in our bones, how good nature can makes us feel. The scents of a forest, the sound of a running lake, the way dappled sunlight dances through leaves.
The fountain of youth is a forest. Trees cast off years and grant health and cheer. Science knows it too.
Research have shown the healing power of nature. Green trees and plants release phytoncides (wood essential oils), an antimicrobial organic compound into the surrounding air to protect them from germs, insects, and disease. These oils have a host of health benefits to humans as well, boosting our mood and immune system; helping to reduce blood pressure, heart rate, stress, anxiety, and confusion; improving our sleep and creativity; and help fend off various diseases.
