Ala Carte Thai Cuisine MenuSALAD, APPETIZER & SOUP
MIANG KHAM traditional snack – finely chopped ginger, bird's eye chilies, roasted coconut, shallots, dried shrimp, wrapped in pickled tea leaves. THAI PANDAN LEAF CHICKEN – Gai Hor Bai Toey pandan leaves are wrapped around chunks of coconut milk marinated chicken, steamed, and deep fried. THAI GREEN PAPAYA SALAD – Som Tam shredded green papaya with chillies, garlic, dried shrimps, peanuts, lime and palm sugar. THAI MANGO SALAD – Yum Mamuang harmonious medley of fresh sliced green mango, bell pepper, roasted nuts, mint and anchovy topped with a special dressing. TOM YUM option of fresh grouper or prawn with medley of lemongrass, galangal, bird eyes chillies, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice boiled in tom yum broth. MAIN DISHES
GREEN CURRY – Gaeng Kiaw Wan (Chicken / Beef) homemade green curry paste mixed with coconut milk served with bamboo shoots, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves, green peppers. PANAENG CURRY – Panaeng (Chicken / Beef) red creamy curry made out of dried chilli peppers, coriander, cumin seeds, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, and salt in coconut milk. MASSAMAN – Massaman Nuea (Chicken / Beef) marinated chicken / beef, simmered with potatoes, coconut and aromatic fresh ground spices in a thick savoury peanut curry. RICE & NOODLES
THAI CHICKEN RICE – Kao Man Gai fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth, served doused in ginger chili sauce paired with tender juicy slices of boiled chicken and a bowl of double boiled chicken soup. THAI FRIED RICE – Khao Pad Klu Kapik fried rice with shrimp paste. served with sliced cucumber, shallot, onion, fried shrimp, shredded green mango, chili peppers and shredded omelette. PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE – Khao Pad Sapparod light curry flavoured fried rice dish with juicy pineapple, succulent shrimps, crunchy cashews. THAI LAKSA – Kanom Chin fresh flat rice noodles served with a thick and spicy curry served with chicken meat, shrimp, bean sprout and egg. THAI FRIED KUEY TEOW – Pad Thai rice noodles stir-fried with tofu, dried shrimp, bean sprouts, and eggs. DESSERTS
THAI MANGO STICKY RICE – Khao Neow Mamuang fresh mango pieces in sweet sticky rice and a drizzle of salted coconut sauce. RED RUBY DESSERT – Tub Tim Krob chopped water chestnuts in natural red colouring served with a salted coconut milk with crushed ice. |
